Keychron Spain offers a 14-day return window for all keyboards and accessories, provided they are in their original packaging and condition. We strive to ensure your mechanical typing experience is perfect, but we are here to help if you need a change.
Initiate Request
Contact our support team at support@keychron.com.es with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare Package
Securely pack the item in its original box, including all cables, keycap pullers, and extra keycaps that were included in the initial shipment.
Ship to Warehouse
Send your package to our designated logistics center in Spain using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your electronics.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
